Desiree Henley's preliminary hearing for alleged arson of the Blue Heron confirmed for January 18

Intervention was scheduled on January 16 for Desiree Henley. The preliminary hearing for her most recent case scheduled for January 18 was confirmed.
Henley is charged with arson as well aiding and abetting in the Blue Heron fire. Her co-defendant Kattie Yocum was sentenced to two years in prison on January 11.
