Hikshari Trail stabbing suspect Jennifer Willey to be arraigned this afternoon at 1:29 in Courtroom 4.
Count 1 is assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. Special allegation is inflicting great bodily injury. Alleged victim is Tammy Fontaine.
Conflict Counsel's office appointed. Deputy Conflict Counsel Meagan O' Connell asked for a court order to take camera into the jail to photograph Willey's bruises.
Intervention January 25 at 1:30. Preliminary hearing is January 31 at 9:15.
