Probation could recommend attempted murder suspect Lee Conoboy for supervised release

Attempted murder suspect Lee Conoboy was arraigned on information this morning.  The charges are the same ones he was held to answer after the preliminary hearing.



An OR/Bail hearing is scheduled for January 26 at 2 p.m. to see if Conoboy is a candidate for supervised release.

 Trial confirmation is scheduled for March 6 at 8:30 a.m. Jury trial is scheduled for March 19.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is representing Conoboy.
