Lindsay Kaminsky, the woman originally charged with stabbing her husband, requests dismissal of her case

Lindsay Kaminsky, the woman charged with stabbing her husband, plead guilty to lesser charge in 2015 and received formal supervised probation.

This morning her case was scheduled for a hearing on a motion filed by Kaminsky's attorney, Mr. Manny Daskal. The defense filed a "request of dismissal". Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham asked Visiting Judge Richard Henderson to refer the case to probation.

Next court hearing is March 7 at 10:15 a.m.
