Preliminary hearing for David Kobak charged with the murder of his roommate confirmed for January 22

Intervention was scheduled for David Kobak this afternoon. Preliminary hearing for January 22 was confirmed. Kobak is charged with the murder of his roommate. Time estimate is three hours.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defenders Luke Brownfield and Casey Russo are both assigned to the case.
