Kody Marcelli's court record, so far

Kody Marcelli has one NC case, which means no complaint filed for PC 25850 (a), carrying a loaded firearm in public. Three traffic/infraction cases in the system for which he was sentenced and fined.

There is one other case being evaluated in the DA. No charges filed yet. Original incident occurred last Fall. The victim  of the alleged assault provided me with details right after the incident, verified it with a law enforcement number. The victim in this case had medical expenses as a result.
