Mario Nunez and Joe Olivio Jr. had trial confirmation scheduled this morning. They are the two suspects in the Jesus Garcia homicide with a jury trial currently scheduled for February 13.
At the Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal's request, trial confirmation for Nunez has been continued to February 5. A disposition and reset hearing is scheduled for Olivio, Jr.
