No probation report leads to continuance of OR/bail hearing

Timothy Miller-Roberts had an OR/bail hearing scheduled this morning. It was continued to May 24 because the probation report was not received.

Deputy District Whitney Timm is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Miller-Roberts' attorney. There was some off record discussion.

Mr. Russo has provided Miller-Roberts' financial records and cited a 2020 California Supreme Court case for Judge Cockrum to review.
