Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" was scheduled for a change of plea on May 12. The case was expected to resolve as a felony diversion. Once again, the case was continued to May 17. Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney.
This case has been continued for months and years for what should be a simple resolution. Even a cat only has 9 lives. Hedrick is out of custody, the victims still don't have restitution and his vandalism is scrawled all over the city.
Don't have much more to report because courtroom 5 had no livestream for the 8:30 calendar this morning and when court started, they were calling the 8:45 calendar.
