Kidnapping, robbery and assault suspect Franklin Molina was finally sentenced today according to the negotiated disposition.
Molina waived over 800 credits and was sentenced to the 9 years negotiated prison term.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Molina's attorney.
Livestream started very late, it was very hard to hear Judge Cockrum. There was back and forth about the credits numbers so I am not going to put the exact amount. There were fines.
As I have noted many times, no direct access to court records and constant issues with livestream and numerous delays, if you want the exact information on credits and finesyou can go down to the Courthouse or start watching livestream.
The details of his plea are in the last two posts.
