Timothy David Miller-Roberts arrested for rape of a minor and intoxicated victim
Timothy David Miller-Roberts was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC261.5(d) statutory Rape, PC261(A)(3) rape of an intoxicated victim and PC288(C)(1) lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.
