Now that he cannot hang out at the law library, Thomas Blaquelorde's new "office" is the streets of Eureka

Since the law library has closed, Thomas Blaquelorde has been hanging out on the streets. Last time, I saw him with the redhead client, who also hangs out at the law library and the Courthouse, both staggering drunk and falling down outside the Royal Inn.

Despite him being drunk and high and several complaints about him at the law library, Blaquelorde was allowed to stay at the library. He has threatened me and others.

He looks just as disheveled as always. The young guy with him threw his jacket over his head, finished his "business", blew smoke and left.

This is somebody who files legal paperwork for clients. From the few I have talked with,  unsuccessfully.

He does have cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system, last one in 2015 is traffic infraction. I cannot check some other information at this time with the Courthouse closed that I informally know. Right now, he is isn't worth wasting more my time or anyone else' time.
