Walked by ten minutes ago and saw two EPD officers with this male and female. The woman is one of the mouthy ones that hangs out in the alley and in front of that gas station.
I ignored her yelling when I took the photo. The officers were talking to the male as I walked to my destination. There was a call earlier about a disturbance 1300 block of Fifth Street involving a man and woman which fits the location.
The only few left wandering the streets during this epidemic are out there for a reason.
