Beth Ann Rynearson was arrested by HCSO on May 7 and booked for domestic battery. She posted cash bail and was released from custody in less than three hours. Bail was $25,000.
As of 11 a.m. on May 11, District Attorney Maggie Fleming said, "This Office has not yet received the Beth Rynearson report."
I received a comment today on my May 8 post and
I contacted DA Maggie Fleming. She responded that Rynearson was not charged.
