On April 20, I did a post about Hensel's Hardware. Now another employee has been let go and the text messages from Ceva Courtemanche seem to have some standard responses. Another employee contacted me yesterday. She sent me a Facebook message and reiterated some of the same information.
You can read this text message and the ones in the previous post and see some similarities in Ceva Courtemanche's response to both employees?
Last time, Courtemanche responded on my Facebook page but did not call back. I reached out to her again, this time.
Within minutes of my post, it got shared. I cropped the reader's name. My reporting is effective and it is the voice of the people, for those unheard.
It has been a busy day and I am still trying to post news. I get a message from Ceva after I contacted her for a response from the second employee. Instead of just saying, no comment or I will get back to you, this is our exchange. I am going to post our conversation, so both employees, others who have contacted me have pertinent information. There is no need to contact your law team for a simple response unless you are trying to intimidate or influence future coverage.

Shall I continue? She talks shit about her supposed best friend who works there she talks shit about other employees to other employees, she promises bonuses and never gives them, I watch people call in every week but someone who has a legitimate reason she punishes and over looks the fuck offs, she talks shit about customers and contractors, she hasn't done anything special for the crew for working during the pandemic, fired one kid because his car broke down and had to take the bus, your not allowed to joke around with customers without getting a right up, don't believe anything this lady says.... there is hundreds of complaints about her to the BBB and city of arcatA.
ReplyDeleteWe all did nothing but bust our assess there to be treated like shit! Did you know she demoted someone and took away their raid because they thought their father was dying and left to go see him?? How disgusting is that!?

ReplyDeleteThe girl she's talking about is a hard worker and an amazing woman! How dare her! I hear nothing but nasty stuff about the lady that runs this place anyway! Everyone who works there talks bad about ceva i really doubt she's got someone "crying" in her office over this
ReplyDeleteThey just fired another gentleman for a dr appointment who also had a note to be off work. He was one of the best workers in the main store..... she don't know how to run a business and will probably lose that store.
