I posted about Bayfront earlier. Just called Kristina's, they will be open for dine in this Friday.
Amiga's was in the middle of lunch rush so could not comment on when they will open for dine in. Pho Thien Long will have to check with owner but staff said take out only.
Tandoori Bites said they are still only doing takeout and delivery. Luis' submitted their paperwork for approval.
5/29/20: I checked Friday and they are approved for dine in.
