Stephanie Ann Harrow was arrested by EPD yesterday on on three charges. Bench warrant for PC 488, petty theft for one 2019 case and bench warrant for PC 530.5 (e), mail theft are both violations if probation. The new arrest for is for a felony charge of PC 21310, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger,a misdemeanor exhibiting a weapon other than a firearm and disorderly conduct. She was released on OR.
The City boarded up and cleaned out a house on Harris Street early May. According to Eric Jackson, a neighbor who raised concerns and has posted on social media, Harrow was connected to that house.
Eric Jackson provided an old photo. The woman in the hat is Stephanie Harrow. She does not look like that now.
