Four deputies had to restrain Wesley Starritt while his arraignment was going on

I already posted earlier in detail the charges for Wesley Staritt's two new cases filed today. That post is linked below. He also had two 2018 probation cases on calendar today.

Starritt kept talking. Hard to hear but he said "wtf" at one point and "let me out."

The Public Defender was appointed for Starritt as I mentioned previously. Deputy Public Defender Rosemary Deck appeared via Zoom for her office.

She entered denials on the petitions to revoke probation, entered not guilty pleas and denied on special allegations. Time was waived on the misdemeanor case. Time was not waived on the case with the one felony count.

Total bail is $50,000. Emergency bail schedule  had an impact on bail set with both VOPs set at $0.

OR/bail is on June 2. Preliminary hearing scheduled for June 10.

Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm appeared via Zoom for the People.
