Roy Moran was arrested on a bench warrant by Arcata Police Department yesterday. for a 2018 case and the charge in that case is PC 273.6 (d), violation of a restraining,protective or stay order. He also has a new arrest for PC 496 (a), receiving stolen property.
He was arrested by APD on December 15, 2019 on a bench warrant for petty theft. He was arrested on December 11 for petty theft. He was arrested on October 31, 2019 for petty theft.
Moran is frequently arrested. I have seen him in court all the time. I only started posting on him after his rant in court one day, blaming everyone else, wanting to be released, saying he would change.
