18th Street gang tags what that is, they just throwing the set they from up...... I've noticed a lot more tags everywhere like going up Harris there's a few TRAP tags with a arrow but in what i assume the direction of houses that be selling dope..... But could be someone pretending to be arival gang trying to draw attention.... not much about gangs get talked about around here, but they definitely here
