Dean Lotter's agreement becomes public 7 days after all parties sign it

I asked Acting City Manager Pam Powell and City of Eureka attorney Robert Black the following questions regarding City Manager Dean Lotter's agreement. The agreement when signed is going to be his resignation, as I previously reported.

1.Is it 7 days since the Council authorized the Mayor to execute the agreement or 7 days after all the parties sign off on the agreement?

2. When it becomes a public document, will it be released by the City? I already put in my request for the document.

Ms. Powell responded, "It is 7 days from when all parties sign. And yes I will release to those who request the document."
