Sentencing and motion to withdraw plea by Tukatuk Nelson was continued by the Humboldt County DA to give Ms. Timm a chance to file a written response. She is currently in trial for the Jake Combs homicide case.
Gregory Kreis is Nelson's attorney. Deputy DA Roger Rees appeared on the case for the People today since Ms. Timm is currently in trial.
Humboldt Superior Court Judge Steven Steward denied motion to withdraw plea. Nelson sentenced to 15 years in prison. Check court minutes included for more details.
