Second time Kimberly Baird arrested for the same charge; fourth arrest I have written about and she may be out of custody later today

Another repeat offender. Arrested for the charge she was arrested in November 2022 by Eureka Police Department. Early am today, HCSO, Kimberly Michelle Baird was arrested by HCSO for PC 653x(a) calling 911 with the intent to annoy or harass another person. She has been given a court date and will be released later today. At 12:40 today, Baird is no longer in jail; released again on O.R. Baird basically looks the same as she did in her 2022 booking photo except she has gained some weight.

Since it is a misdemeanor, we already know she won't face any consequences in Humboldt except to waste law enforcement and jail time and endanger the public by misusing dispatch.

California and the anti law and order Democrats may allow you to think you are in charge and manipulate the criminal justice system with the same kumbaya defense attorneys who misuse the same system with mental health and other diversion excuses because it is easy.  If you don't want to be written about in crime reporting; follow the law.

There are plenty people who chose to get help with mental health or drug court or other resources and change their lives to be positive, contributing citizens. Money wasted on repeat offenders, especially in Humboldt, should go towards helping people who put in the effort.

All the mouthy criminals who misuse my email address, Facebook page can rant all they want but court records and arrests are facts. PC 653m is a penal code that I have had to use in the past, both with EPD and HCSO.

In November 2022, Baird was arrested by Eureka Police Department for PC 653 x calling 911 with the intent to annoy or harass another person. Own up and take responsibility. Your whining does not change the reality of your actions.

I also reported about Baird's arrests in February and March 2022. She was released on O.R for all these arrests. Her previous arrests include charges for alcohol and meth and a history of warrants and failures to appear.
