Former Arcata Mayor Victor Green granted TRO against wife after she was arrested again in 2025 for domestic violence

I did a post in December 2021 about Judy Lynn Green and Victor Raymond Green both being arrested at the same time by HCSO  for PC273.5(a), corporal injury to spouse/cohabitant.

I received a tip from a reader on  1/22/25 about Judy Green's arrest on 1/9/25. The reader does not live in Humboldt and passed this information on to me because of my previous post. Victor Green is a former Arcata mayor.

The person told me that,"She assaulted Victor.  He's had to change the locks & get restraining order." 

After I followed up, the tipster said, "I'm not confirmed of restraining order. I was told he has a lawyer & changed the locks from her beating him up.  I assume a divorce lawyer. Victor used to be Mayor of Arcata back in the 80's."

For the safety of this person, I will not give any details why they know this information. They also sent me the a screnshot of the jail log which I confirmed myself.

Judy Green was booked on 1/9/25 for PC 273.5(a) coporal injury to spouse and cohabitant and PC 22810(a) unlawful use of tear gas. She was initially refused by medical; then posted bond and is out of custody. She doesn't look that different in her 2024 mugshot which I cannot post because of the idiotic Ninth Circuit ruling.

Today, I checked court records. There are no court records for Judy Green or any of her aliases. With her posting bond for the January 2025 arrest, the DA has time to review the report and decide whether charges will be filed.  The report is under review.

There is a family law case FL250037 for Victor Raymond and Judy Alexander aka Jewel Alexander. A temporary restraining order was granted on 1/16/25 by Commissioner Sarah Kaber. Green is pro per. 

There is a hearing on 2/3/25 and that will determine if the temporary restraining order will be made permanent. The dob for Judy Alexander aka Jewels matches arrest records and Judy Green's dob. No opposition has been filed as of this morning. 

There are two convictions in 2016 traffic cases for Victor Green, TR1603278 and TR1601103.
