Thank you Ryan Burns and Lost Coast Outpost

I want to thank Ryan Burns for his article on the small claims case Gregory Kreis filed against me and for attending yesterday's hearing. I appreciate him reaching out to First Amendment experts and the law firm in his article. I want to thank Lost Coast Outpost for covering the important issue of First Amendment.

As I mentioned in my article yesterday, I also spoke to lawyers in Sonoma County, Los Angeles County and other counties in California as well as First Amendment experts statewide including Mr. David Loy, legal director for the First Amendment Coalition. Many of the attorneys I spoke with had already heard of what Kreis had filed. One asked me before I said anything, "Is this Kreis?" The Commission on Judicial Performance got national coverage.

First Amendment rights and the points made by experts in Ryan's article and my court documents affect all media; not just me. 

Most LOCO comments on the article are from people who obviously pay attention, read various media including my blog and many are making the same points I have repeatedly reminding and others of facts. So, it isn't just my opinion or their opinion.

Just as I predicted the obvious anon insiders and trolls ad hominem attacks on LOCO are surfacing. They are in the minority and a couple names are well known for trolling Humboldt online sites. Their hate is not working. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the same lame content in more than one anonymous comment. The law is what matters; not the same trolls who have been in Humboldt cyberspace for decades. The minority attacking  me or Judge Van Dyke have a bad case of projection; not to mention stupidity.

I am very fortunate that I have serious, loyal readers and people who come for information. Most people aren't living online and they actually do something with their lives; they vote; they make a difference.  

Unfortunately, with the exception of a few people, LOCO's fb page is like most FB and social media pages where trolls and miserables  lash out and anyone can create any name or profile and spew hate. Some trolls use the same lame comments they have before including the attacks during the last election which Kreis lost. Judge Van Dyke got 61.09% of the vote. 

It isn't hard to see through the obvious personal attacks. If you want to see the worst of Humboldt where a bunch of no bodies who do nothing with their life, just pick a Humboldt online forum where comments aren't moderated, comments are just attacks with no substance and anons are allowed. Multiple comments by people who don't know me, have no or minimum information on their profile that could identify their bias, agenda and motive.

The fools think their drama or opinions matters. They have no influence with people who matter.This filth ruins news pages, information pages , law enforcement pages. Meta is the worst of all social media apps. 

I have had tons of people contact me in person and privately. Not that numbers matter. People matter. And the right people matter. Kreis and his enablers failed in the election. They attacked me then anonymously with no facts; just insults. None of that worked. Among those who continue to defend him, especially in and associated with Humboldt Superior Court, some have been in the news themselves and not just on my blog.
