Two weeks and three days later since his last article Mr. Allan Dollison is published again in print and online in the Daily Journal and California Lawyer.

He is becoming a regular contributor. This latest legal analysis was by invitation from the Daily Journal's legal editor. Here is a screenshot from a commuication Mr. Dollison shared with me which also summarizes today's article.

The latest article by Mr. Dollison was published on the Daily Journal website today and will be in the print edition on 1/27/25.

Judge Coughenour was appointed by former President Ronald Reagan. I’ve been on the bench for over four decades. I can’t remember another case where the question presented is as clear as this one. This is a blatantly unconstitutional order."

The January 7 was about the Matt Gaetz report and that the current administration targeting Liz Cheney "would trample decades of constitutional protection."
