"EPD has a ton of cars on E Street, Trinity to Sonoma blocked off. "

I will update in a bit,  depending on what I find out. I contacted EPD PIO Laura Montagna.

"It was a slow speed pursuit for a traffic violation.  When suspect was stopped, he barricaded in his car and was acting erratically.   He was eventually taken into custody without incident, medically cleared at the hospital and will be booked for misdemeanor failure to yield and resisting arrest. A press release will be issued tomorrow."
