Jury trial for Pamela Millsap's 2020 case rescheduled for next year

Trial confirmation for voluntary manslaughter suspect Pamela Millsap scheduled for November 7 and the jury trial scheduled for November 14  have been vacated. The victim was her 17 year old son.

A motion to continue was heard on October 26.  It was granted for good cause because it is to file 827 petition. I have written about the 827 petition before and it allows the release of juvenile court records.

Trial confirmation was reset for 3/22/23; jury trial for 4/3/23. This is a 2020 case and I have done extensive coverage for three years and am not linking all the posts. In addition to the previous posts below, you can access all coverage via the search feature on this blog.
