Jacob Fisher is on his third attorney before his preliminary hearing

Jacob Jordan Fisher was arrested by Eureka Police Department on September 10 for PC 69 resisting arrest.

EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me Jacob Fisher was arrested "for obstructing and interfering with police while they investigated an incident that occurred at a bar on the 200 block of 1st street."

Jacob Fisher was arraigned 10/21 on that charge. Count 2 and 3 pertain to his two co-defendants. At arraignment, the Public Defender was appointed. On 10/26, Public Defender's office was relieved due to conflict and Ms.  Andrea Sullivan was appointed. Ms. Sullivan also  declared conflict and on 11/2, the day his preliminary hearing was scheduled, a third attorney, Mr. Tim Gray appointed and the preliminary hearing was continued to 2/1/23.

Fisher is former correctional deputy and convicted molestor Cory Fisher's son. Previous coverage lists Jacob Fisher's other cases in Humboldt Superior Court.

2/1: 1/30 defense order shortening time filed by defense denied. Continuance granted so Mr. Gray to file Pitchess motion. Preliminaty hearing continued to 5/9.
