Rachel Bowler was arrested by the Eureka Police Department on July 2 for VC 23152 (a) and VC 23152 (b). She was released on O.R. I reported in that original post about Bowler's prior DUI conviction from 2016.
The DA has charged her with two counts and a special allegation. Bowler is scheduled for arraignment on 11/22. Complaint posted below.

11/22: Public Defender appointed at arraignment. Trial confirmation is on 12/20; jury trial 12/27.
12/20: Trial confirmation continued to 12/23 due to earthquake emergency to 12/23.
12/23: At trial assignment, trial date confirmed. People have 4 witnesses; defense none. Defense submitted proof of AA meetings.
12/27: Jury trial was scheduled to start but continued by stipulation. Trial confirmation scheduled for 12/29; trial assignment 12/30 and jury trial 1/3/23.
