The booking information and photo above is for Rachel Bowler who was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for VC 23152 (a), VC 23152 (b) which are charges for DUI. She was booked on these charges as a misdemeanor and released on O.R.
Bowler has a prior DUI conviction from 2016.
2016 case:
The photograph above from Linkedin for a Rachel Bowler which is also on a Facebook profile and a Google search which brings up a photo and listing in the NorthCoast Co-op newsletter all identify the Rachel Bowler pictured below as a store manager for Hensel Ace Hardware. Whether these two are the same person, I leave it to readers to decide.
