Deputy Attorney General Julianne Mossler appeared on behalf of the State of California. Ms. Carmen Anne Brock representing Humboldt County couldn't be bothered to show up.
The State of California filed their case management conference statement on 6/16. Case management conference on 8/26. Humboldt County has not filed anything.
Lack of professionalism and settlements that cost taxpayers sums up the clowns in charge at the circus that is Humboldt County government administration.
From the filing of the lawsuit to serving Karen Paz Dominguez to the outcome which is usually the County settling lawsuits is all smoke and mirrors.
The amount of money Humboldt County wastes on litigation, attorneys, settlements and potential lawsuits has only consistently been covered on this blog.
