The Pelorus Fund Reit LLC, a California cannabis lending company is suing Emerald Family Farms and Humboldt Health Care, LLC.
There was a hearing today. There have been a few lengthy filings. I am only including excerpts from two documents to give an idea about some of the issues.
Emerald Family Farms and Humboldt Health Care LLC may not be happy with the rulings but one party in litigation usually isn't.
