Sean Devries, a former candidate for Second District Humboldt Supervisor, is suing M60 Inc., Parker Berling, Ian Habernicht and Peter Huson.
On 7/25 the motion to compel was granted. The case is listed as civil unlimited; employment and wrongful termination.

The only photo on his Facebook profile is with a child so I cropped it just to include his location as listed on Facebook.
After I did this post on DeVries on January 26, 2020 specifically calling out Lost Coast Outpost, they did a post.
As most civil cases, there were several hearings scheduled, reset, continued including a settlement conference. The case was dismissed on 2/7/24.
