Alicia Porter was arrested on a Ramey warrant by Rio Dell Police Department early a.m. today. She was booked for receiving stolen property, PC 484 e (d) theft of credit card information, and PC 368 (b )(1), elder abuse.
She has one 2022 unlawful detainer case in the system and her co-defendant in that case was convicted felon Cody Christiansen who is currently in custody at the Humboldt jail for his most recent arrest in 2022.
Porter and Christiansen were sued by PPM and Silverside Motel. Porter and Christiansen were ordered to pay past due rent, damages and costs.
