After custody credits were applied, Devon Hanson was sentenced to three years formal probation yesterday and ordered released from custody.
On June 8, the day of her preliminary hearing, Hanson resolved her case. She pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, one DUI count and an added count of resisting arrest. Rest of the charges were dismissed.
At a previous hearing, Hanson said she lost her job and had her phone turned off after she was arrested.
