Anne Elenore Carter was arrested June 30 by Eureka Police Department for PC 69 resisting an executive officer and PC 647 (f) public intoxication.
She was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 148 (a) 1 resisting arrest and PC 647 (f) public intoxication.
Arrested again by EPD on July 23 for PC 148 (a) 1 resisting arrest and PC 602 .5 (b) aggravated trespass.
