Peter Ian Marks was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest, VC 2800.1 (a) evading police in a vehicle, PC 69 resisting an executive officer.
I did this post on Marks in 2019. Marks was arrested by CHP for PC 978.5 bench warrant, another bench warrant and another foreign warrant. He was previously arrested by Arcata Police for a foreign warrant, which is a warrant from another county or state. Marks was wanted by Ventura County. He was also the alleged victim in another case I covered.
Marks has 12 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
