(Babb)
William Elbert Babb was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 487 (a) grand theft. The incident was in the 100 block of Fourth Street.
I wrote about Babb threatening me and an incident in 2020. He has previous arrests for probation violation, burglary, vandalism and drug related charges and 16 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
Some are convictions and some such as the minor infractions are dismissals. I am not listing every case.
