Convicted felon Cody Christiansen's OR/bail hearing for his most recent arrest in July was originally scheduled for July 8 was continued to 7/11. It was continued by court to 7/12 and again to 7/13, 7/14. Christiansen has been unable to appear in court because he has been in quarantine.
On 7/14, the Public Defender declared conflict. The Court appointed Mr. Joe Judge. There is another OR/bail hearing this afternoon.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 7/18.
