Bear Taylor Kelley was arrested yesterday by EPD for PC 245 (a) (1) assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.
He has five previous cases in the Humboldt system. His 2019 case for assault resolved with a guilty plea. Charges in his 2017 battery on a non cohabitating partner were dismissed. Guilty plea in his 2010 DUI case. Kelley also admitted probation violation in that case.
