I did a post last week on convicted felon Cody Christiansen. His OR/bail hearing had been continued 5 times. The Public Defender declared conflict. The Court appointed Mr. Joe Judge.
Christiansen's 7/15 OR/bail hearing was vacated because he was medically unable to appear. It was continued to today. His preliminary hearing was originally scheduled for today but Mr. Judge had a conflict so Ms. Andrea Sullivan was appointed today and the preliminary hearing was continued to 7/20 by the Court.
7/20: OR/bail hearing vacated. Defense request for continuance granted. Preliminary hearing rescheduled for 8/25.
8/25: Continued to 8/29.
8/29: Continued to 8/30.
