Christian Bautista-Ramirez was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday on a warrant. He was booked on four felony charges of PC 288 (a) lewd and lascivious acts with a child.
Bautista-Ramirez posted bail which at booking was $135,000. The arrest warrant was issued on 7/15. Arraignment is scheduled for 8/26.
8/26: Ramirez has retained Ms. Andrea Sullivan to represent him. Preliminary is on 11/1.
