Judge Wilson granted Pitzer supervised release; he also issued the bench warrant for failure to appear in court

 

On July 5, there was a pre trial hearing and status of interpreter scheduled for Cody Pitzer. 

No interpreter will be needed for the preliminary hearing on 7/13. Pitzer failed to appear in court on 7/5. A  bench warrant was issued for $35,000 and will be held until 7/13.

Judge Christopher Wilson granted Pitzer supervised release on 5/19 and he was the one to issue bench warrant on 7/5.

7/13: Bench warrant issued for $35,000 because Pitzer failed to appear.
