Sentencing for former Humboldt correctional officer and Central Station shooting perpetrator Sean Timothy O'Brien was scheduled this morning and was continued for the third time to 7/25.
The matter was continued so Judge Kelly Neel can do the sentencing.
Sentencing had already been continued twice. O'Brien's attorney, Kathleen Bryson has filed a statement of mitigation. Deputy Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case.
