Frequently arrested Dallas Achane has four cases on calendar today. The jury trial and a hearing on motion in limine for the 2022 case is scheduled to start today. The 2021, 2020 and 2019 cases are all scheduled for probation revocation hearings.
On 7/8 at trial assignment, Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis was disqualified by Deputy Conflict Counsel Jessica Bennett. The case was assigned to Judge John Feeney.
