Jesse Ray Perez was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 240 assault, PC 242 battery, PC 459.5 shoplifting and PC 647 (f) public intoxication.
I wrote about Perez in 2020. He has a history of arrests, especially for assault.
