On the fourth day of jury trial, the jury already started deliberating Dallas Achane's fate. Today is the fifth day.
Attorneys went into the courtroom at 9:45 this morning. A mistrial was declared on both counts.
Deputy District Attorney Emily Norgaard is the prosecutor. Deputy Conflict Counsel Jessica Bennett is Achane's attorney.
Three probation cases were trailing. Hearings held; Judge John Feeney found Achane violated probation in all three cases.
7/28 Pre-trial for 2022 case and sentencing on three probation cases; trial confirmation 8/16 and jury trial on 9/6/22.
