At trial setting for Sarah Carroll and Michael Acosta's case this morning, Trial confirmation was scheduled for February 6; jury trial for February 27. Time Estimate is 2 weeks.
I already posted about an offer previously. Talks about a resolution have been ongoing. As of yesterday, no defense motion to continue filed and no change of plea. Today in court; no deal.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor. He is currently in trial so Deputy DA Emily Norgaard appeared in court today for the People. Ms. Andrea Sullivan represents Carroll. Mr. Zach Curtis is Acosta's attorney.
