Yesterday, Dustin Latham who pleaded guilty to asault was sentenced to two years formal probation. He did serve some jail time and was released from custody.
On June 16, Latham resolved his case with a plea. Previously, it was stated Latham was ineligible for probation due to two prior felonies.
